Children's Sunday School
At Eugene Friends Church, we welcome you and your children to grow and learn together. We use the Storyline Curriculum as a guide for each Children's Sunday School class, but we also allow for play, adventure, and the spontaneous direction of the Spirit.
Children are excused to attend Sunday School before Open Worship (silent and expectant waiting, as we come into the presence of God). They will be escorted to their classrooms by two approved adults who will remain with them at all times.
We also offer a variety of activities for kids of all ages outside normal church hours, such as a harvest party, hikes, Christmas Faire, mission trips, and camps.
Eugene Friends Church prioritizes the welfare of all our children. Teachers and other childcare workers have passed several safeguarding steps, including background checks, abuse prevention training, and adherence to the Sierra-Cascade Yearly Meeting of Friends (SCYMF) safeguarding policy.

Artists' Support Group

Our Art Group meets on the second Wednesday of each month from 6:30-8:00 PM.
This is a casual bring-what-you-have, work on what you want, and enjoy each other’s company and conversation sort of gathering.
Any kind of art activity and level of expertise are welcome.

Refiner's Fire meets outside at 6:00 pm in the Shelter. This is a casual gathering of folks who explore a wide variety of discussion topics.

We socialize and enjoy light refreshments at 5:30 pm before the focused conversation begins.

Hymn Singing

Do you enjoy singing hymns in four-part harmony? Join us on the 1st and 3rd Sundays from 5:15 to 6:30 pm in the Fireside Room, when we take turns choosing songs from the hymnal and singing them together.
No musical experience is necessary.
