Come for a gathering of all ages around a small open fire in the Friends Garden on Sunday evenings at 7:00 PM. There is no agenda except fostering loving community outside the walls of a church building.
Mylea: "I LOVE Refiner's fire! Even on my worst days I'll go there. We get together and have very personal talks about our lives. My kids go every single time. They love it, too."
Conversation around the fire ranges from Jesus stories, biblical discussions, personal stories or concerns, prayer needs, or just good relaxed conversations.
We always have s'mores, and in the summer months there may also be homemade ice cream topped with raspberries from the garden, grilled veggies, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, or other fresh garden items.
You may come at 5:30 pm to work in the garden or help with other outside volunteer work, or come at 7:00 for the Refiner's Fire.
